Purchase Orders
Requirements:
Purchase orders will only be accepted from companies or
government agencies within the US. We are unable to accept
PO's from outside the United States. Purchase
orders must be signed and they must include an e-mail
address and be faxed to +1 781-582-1869.
Please make sure your purchase order contains full contact
information for someone within your organization in case
we need to reach you. Include a name, phone, and email
address.
Purchase orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt,
if information is incomplete it will delay our ability
to process them. If you require a W9 form to issue a purchase
order, download a pdf
version.
